Dust Pleated Bags are specifically engineered to fit traditional pulse-jet cleaning baghouses as a superior alternative to conventional fabric filters and separate metal cages. By consolidating these components into a single unit, pleated bags provide more filtering surface area in a compact footprint, which simplifies installation and removal. Our pleated bags utilize high-quality spun bonded polyester filter media, which provides ten times or more filtration efficiency compared to a standard polyester baghouse filter. Furthermore, our strong and durable galvanized helix cores ensure structural integrity.

 

Filterbag offers seven in-stock styles designed for immediate compatibility with major brand baghouse dust collectors. This includes three bottom removal styles and four top removal styles to match various collector designs. All seven styles feature robust molded ends to ensure a reliable, airtight seal within your tube sheet.
