Replace conventional two-piece filter bag and cage assemblies with pleated filter elements. Our pleated bags are constructed with durable spun bonded polyester media which offers superior collection efficiency, excellent dust release properties, reduced operating pressure drop, and longer life than conventional fabric bags. Pleated bags are designed with wide shallow pleats while containing significantly more surface area per element than a fabric filter. Pleated bags can handle high dust loads and are designed to fit traditional baghouses in both top and bottom removal designs.
UBL pleated dust filter elements are engineered to fit many common industry 5.75” diameter bottom bag removal dust collector styles with integral bag cups/hubs. Two internal ribs provide a positive seal to either the “MAC AV” hub (top rib) or “Flex-Kleen” style bag cup (lower rib.)
After installation a worm gear clamp (by others) is applied to the respective top or bottom outer groove to complete the seal.
