Our Bulk Loaders category features the exclusive Midwest Filter Bulk Loader, an essential component engineered to filter contaminants out of large liquid streams as they enter your plant or as an effective end of the line filtration step for open system pressure filling systems.


This innovative hardware is ruggedly built of 304 stainless steel, suitable for handling high liquid volumes of variable quality liquid ingredients or finished products. Unlike using a simple tied-off filter bag in the transfer line, the Bulk Loader offers a significant improvement in safety and control, ensuring a much more secure and reliable operation.

 

Available to accept industry standard Size 1 or 2 bag filters, the Bulk Loader is fitted with a 2 inch or 3 inch NPT connection. It is installed at the end of transfer line, capturing contaminants of varying micron size depending on the choice of bag filter. We offer an extensive selection of bag filters in many micron ratings to fine-tune your filtration based on the material being transferred.
