The SH Series single element filter housing with gauge is constructed of 304 SS construction with an easy-to-use ring nut closure and reliable double O-ring seal. Each filter housing accepts one double open end (DOE) filter, utilizing a knife-edge seal. These housings are designed to comply with NSF-ANSI Standard 42 for drinking water aesthetic effects.
Model SH-10-G accepts filters from 2.5 to 2.75-inch diameter. The spring-loaded bottom seal provides flexibility for cartridge lengths of 9.75 to 10 inches. Each filter housing is supplied with a zinc plated steel mounting bracket and a special torquing tool to assist with ring nut closure. This model includes a factory-mounted differential pressure gauge.
